DELIVERY:

OUR DELIVERY SERVICE INCLUDES: DELIVERY, SET-UP AND/OR ASSEMBLY, AND PACKAGING REMOVAL. HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT MOVE OR HAUL OFF YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. PLEASE PROVIDE A CLEAR SPACE FOR FURNITURE SET-UP. 

·IN ORDER TO BETTER SERVE YOU, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH 2 PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESS.

·PLEASE HAVE YOUR INVOICE AND INVOICE NUMBER (AT TOP RIGHT) ON HAND FOR ANY INQUIRIES

·YOUR PURCHASE MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE A DELIVERY MAY BE SCHEDULED.

·WE CAN SCHEDULE A DELIVERY DATE ONLY.  WE WILL CONTACT YOU THE DAY BEFORE OR DAY OF DELIVERY WITH A 3-4 HOUR DELIVERY TIME FRAME.

·IN THE EVENT OF INCLIMATE WEATHER, YOUR DELIVERY MAY BE RE-SCHEDULED TO THE FIRST AVAILABLE DAY.

·PLEASE HAVE AN AUTHORIZED ADULT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE AND SIGN FOR MERCHANDISE. IF YOU REQUEST A “DROP OFF” ONLY, ALL MUST GO FURNITURE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

·PLEASE CHECK YOUR MERCHANDISE UPON DELIVERY AND MAKE ANY NOTES ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT PROVIDED TO YOU. ALL MUST GO FURNITURE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGES NOT NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.

PICK-UPS:

·IN ORDER TO BETTER SERVE YOU, PLEASE OBSERVE THE PICK UP HOURS THAT ARE POSTED IN THE OFFICE AND ON THE BACK OF THIS PAGE.  CUSTOMER MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP MERCHANDISE DURING POSTED PICK UP HOURS.

·ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND A VALID PHOTO I.D. MUST BE PRESENT IN ORDER TO ALLOW MERCHANDISE TO BE RELEASED.

·A  QUALIFIED STORE REPRESENTATIVE WILL HELP IN LOADING OF MERCHANDISE. ALL MUST GO FURNITURE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES ONCE CUSTOMER HAS ACCEPTED MERCHANDISE.

·CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING OF MERCHANDISE ON/IN THEIR VEHICLE. ALL MUST GO FURNITURE DOES NOT SUPPLY ANY TYPE OF ROPE OR STRAPPING.

CHECK POLICY:

·MERCHANDISE PAID FOR WITH PERSONAL CHECK WILL BE HELD FOR 10-14 DAYS TO ALLOW FUNDS TO CLEAR AND TRANSFER BEFORE BEING RELEASED TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

·A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE MUST BE PRESENT WHEN SUBMITTING PAYMENT BY PERSONAL CHECK. THIRD PARTY CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  TEMPORARY CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

·ALL MUST GO FURNITURE HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PAYMENT BY CHECK.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED:

WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, AND DISCOVER. (SORRY – NO AMERICAN EXPRESS). A MATCHING DRIVERS LICENSE MUST BE PRESENT WHEN USING CREDIT CARDS.  SORRY – NO COMPANY ISSUED CREDIT CARDS, PRE-PAID CARDS, OR 3RD PARTY CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS BY TELEPHONE, EMAIL OR FAX. ALL MUST GO FURNITURE HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD.
